Bryan founded South River Restoration in 1998 to fill a much needed void in the disaster recovery industry. Bryan enjoys helping people in their time of need, and the principles and ideology that the company was founded on are Bryan’s core beliefs of total customer service, quality, integrity, fairness and commitment to customer satisfaction. After extensive training and years of experience, Bryan is certified by the IICRC as a Master Water Restorer and a Master Fire and Smoke Damage Restorer.
Anthony became a member of the SRR family in 2015. As Chief Financial Officer, he brings with him over 20 years of accounting, finance and operational excellence experience. Anthony oversees all accounting and finance operations for SRR including managing working capital, risk compliance, budgeting and financial reporting. Prior to joining SRR Anthony held Controller roles with two of the top ten national homebuilders and prior to that was an auditor for one of the big four international accounting firms. In his spare time, you will find Anthony enjoying his favorite sport, either coaching or watching his kids play rec and select soccer.
Michelle joins the team with more than sixteen years of marketing communications experience. She will lead South River’s marketing efforts, ensuring effective, branded communications in all areas of the company. As a graduate of Towson University, her past experience includes strategic planning and project management at Crosby Marketing Communications for B2B and B2C audiences. Most recently, she was the assistant manager at South River Colony Conservancy (homeowners’ association) where she was part of the team who was awarded the Washington Metropolitan Chapter Community Associations Institute (WMCCAI) 2011 Communicator of the Year award. Michelle’s passion for knowing the customer strengthens our processes and services to ensure we deliver customer satisfaction.
TJ became a member of the SRR family in 2011. As Director of Reconstruction, he brings with him over 20 years of construction experience. TJ oversees all reconstruction projects to ensure they are completed to the best quality with complete customer satisfaction. In accordance with SRR’s main goal, to give back what disaster took, TJ and his team strive to get customers back to their daily lives quickly and efficiently. In his spare time, you will find TJ catching as many Boston Red Sox games as possible with his daughter and wife; you’ll hardly ever see him in public without some sort of Red Sox apparel on his person to represent his hometown!
Jeff Moore has been a key team member of South River Restoration since 2009. As Director of Mitigation, he has one of the toughest jobs in the company. With customer care support, he works to ensure all mitigation jobs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner – all while striving to satisfy every customer! Jeff’s past experience as a purchasing agent and insurance property inspector/adjuster for companies including Nationwide provide tremendous insight and intel to help get the job done right and in a cost-effective manner. What’s more, he’s been interested in the restoration industry long before he ever thought about it as a career. When you see him, just ask him to tell you the story about the kittens he saved! It’s something that makes his wife and two young kids proud to call him husband and dad!
Louise brings over 15 years of experience in human resources to South River Restoration. Previously, she worked as employee relations representative for Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., which is a company that provides security services through the United States, employing over 93,000 people. Louise earned her bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts. Additionally, she earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) through HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). When not at work, she can be found cheering on the Towson Tigers at various sporting events, antiquing with friends or hanging out with her family. Presently, Louise resides in Arnold, MD with her husband, Dan and cat, Kalie.
Lindy joined South River Restoration in 2009 as a customer care associate. In addition to her associate roles, she also served SRR as the accounts payable representative. Quickly falling in love with accounting, Lindy was promoted to Director and has been ever since. Prior to working in restoration, she held a management role in retail while earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of Maryland – Baltimore County. When Lindy is not at work, she can be found baking for friends and family, reading a classic piece of English literature or boating on the South River with family. Currently, she resides in Bowie, MD with her husband, Mike, dog, Alessia and bearded dragon, Roxy.
Jeff became a member of the SRR family in 2016. As Operations Manager, he brings with him over 20 years of project management, estimating and operational experience. Jeff oversees all reconstruction and mitigation operations for the SRR Texas office including managing emergency services, training, job cost management and general project oversight. Prior to joining SRR, Jeff started a restoration division within a large service organization and held the VP of National Field Services role with the largest property management firm in North America. In his free time, Jeff enjoying supporting his kids in their many sporting endeavors, along with traveling to and exploring new places. OH…and he loves the Buckeyes…IO
With over 10 years’ experience in construction, Jennifer is committed to the industry and looks forward to a long career. The “no job is ever the same” atmosphere is what she enjoys the most. Each project is unique and different. Having managed multiple departments throughout her tenure including AP/AR, collections, customer service and project management, she understands how working together is key to a successful customer experience. When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her twins or volunteering at the local animal shelter. She has an extreme passion for animals…including her two Chihuahuas and two hairless cats, Fleecy and Fluffy.
Juan joined South River Restoration in 2011, but is a veteran disaster recovery manager. During his years in the industry, Juan has supervised all types of property losses ranging from residential to large commercial restoration requiring international travel. Upon joining our team, Juan quickly became an important asset to South River Restoration since his core belief of providing customer service with integrity, enthusiasm, and a “whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude, matches that of our own. With Juan at the helm of our Texas mitigation team, we have become the force to be reckoned with. Among his many skills learned while in the restoration industry, Juan’s years of experience as an industrial mechanic, while working for a global provider of architectural building products in Chicago, highlights his problem solving abilities. He is also married with two beautiful children who enjoy cooking, swimming, singing, and playing musical instruments with their dad!
